Key Responsibilities
Guest Room Maintenance: Clean, dust, polish, and vacuum assigned guestrooms and suites according to strict Oberoi luxury hygiene and aestheticstandards.
Turn-Down Service: Execute evening turn-down services impeccably, ensuring rooms areprepped for a comfortable night rest.
InventoryManagement: Stock and managehousekeeping carts, linen closets, and guest amenities (replenishingtoiletries, stationary, and refreshments)
GuestInteraction: Greet guests warmly,handle special requests promptly, and report any maintenance issues orlost-and-found items immediately to the desk.
Safety& Compliance: Follow standardoperating procedures (SOPs) for chemical handling, laundry processing, andsecurity protocols within guest areas.
Requirements & Qualifications
Education: Degreein Hotel Management, or a high school pass with relevant luxury hospitalityexperience.
Age/Profile: Typically between 19 and 25 years for entry-level structured programs,possessing a well-groomed and professional disposition.
Skills: Strong attention to detail, basic English communication skills, and acustomer-first attitude.
