Housekeeping Executive

Responsible for overseeing and managing overall housekeeping operations, manpower, and cleanliness standards of the mall premises to ensure a hygienic and pleasant environment for customers and staff.

Supervise housekeeping staff, allocate duties and prepare daily rosters & shift schedules Ensure high standards of cleanliness in all areas - mall floors, washrooms, food court, parking, back-office Conduct regular floor rounds and quality checks Manage housekeeping materials, cleaning chemicals, and equipment inventory Train housekeeping staff on cleaning procedures, grooming & safety standards Coordinate with vendors / housekeeping agency for manpower and compliance Handle audits, checklists and daily housekeeping reports Ensure timely complaint resolution and support during events/promotions

Preferred candidate profile

radiate with 2-4 years of experience as Housekeeping Executive / Supervisor, preferably in Mall, Hotel, Hospital or Facility Management Strong leadership and manpower management skills Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment and hygiene standards Good communication skills
