Housekeeping Desk Coordinator

-Coordinate daily housekeeping operation and staff assignment

-Receive and dispatch Patient/Relative request (Toothpaste,Toothbrush,Slippers, Water ETC)

-Maintain comuunication between housekeeping ,Admission-Billing,Engineering and other department.

-Prepare Daily Housekeeping log sheet and shared with HOD

-Answer Telephone calls and respond to patient /Relatives and staff inquiries professionaly

-Track room cleaning progress and prioritize VIP arrival and discharge room

-Ensure Housekeeping records are accurate and up to date

-Assist the executive Housekeeper with administrative task
