We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of guest rooms and common areas, ensuring a pleasant experience for our guests.
Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, corridors, and public areas to ensure a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Replace linens, towels, and other amenities as required in guest rooms.
- Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and surfaces in rooms and public areas.
- Vacuum carpets, rugs, and upholstery in guest rooms and public areas.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the supervisor promptly.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and hotel policies.
- Assist in inventory management of cleaning supplies and equipment.
Skills and Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in housekeeping or a similar role.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and products.
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment and machinery.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good physical stamina and the ability to lift and move heavy items.
- Basic communication skills in English and local languages.
