The property serves a diverse range of guests for business, leisure, and events, offering high standards of comfort and service. Centre Point Hospitality is expanding with upcoming hotels in New Mumbai, Raipur, and Goa, creating long-term opportunities for growth within the group.
Role Description The Housekeeping Associate is responsible for maintaining clean, hygienic, and well-organized guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces in the hotel. Day-to-day tasks include cleaning and sanitizing rooms and bathrooms, changing linens, replenishing amenities, handling laundry, and ensuring all areas meet the hotel's quality standards. The role involves responding to guest requests courteously, reporting maintenance issues, following safety and hygiene protocols, and coordinating with the housekeeping and front office teams. This is a full-time, on-site role based at Hotel Centre Point in Nagpur.
Qualifications

• Housekeeping and Laundry skills, including cleaning, linen handling, and basic garment care.
• Strong Customer Service and Communication abilities to interact professionally with guests and colleagues.
• Organization Skills to manage tasks efficiently, maintain inventories, and prioritize cleaning schedules.
• Willingness to participate in Training and continuous learning on hotel standards, safety, and hygiene practices.
• Previous experience in hospitality, housekeeping, or similar service roles is an advantage.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, perform physical tasks, and work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic understanding of health, safety, and sanitation procedures in a hotel environment.
