Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhopal for Housekeeping Associate, Housekeeping Supervisor, Assistant Manager Housekeeping, and Front Office Guest Service Associate (GSA) positions. Day-to-day responsibilities in housekeeping include maintaining high standards of cleanliness in guest rooms and public areas, managing linen and laundry operations, and ensuring all housekeeping procedures follow brand guidelines and safety standards. Supervisory and assistant manager duties involve leading and training the housekeeping team, scheduling and allocating tasks, conducting inspections, coordinating with other departments, and addressing operational issues promptly. Front Office GSA responsibilities include welcoming guests, managing check-in and check-out processes, responding to guest inquiries, handling reservations, and providing efficient, courteous customer service at all times. All roles work closely with colleagues to deliver a seamless, guest-focused experience and support Accor's service standards.
Qualifications

• Housekeeping and Laundry skills to maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and efficient linen management across guest rooms and public areas.
• Supervisory Skills to lead teams, allocate tasks, perform inspections, and support performance management in housekeeping operations.
• Customer Service and Communication skills to interact professionally with guests, handle requests and concerns, and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
• Ability to work on-site in a fast-paced hotel environment in Bhopal, with flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Previous experience in housekeeping or front office in hospitality is preferred; experience in branded hotels is an advantage.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with hotel property management systems or willingness to learn.
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and commitment to health, safety, and brand standards.
• Relevant education in hospitality or hotel management is beneficial but not mandatory if supported by suitable experience.
