Job Summary

Marutinandan Capital Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a professional, well-groomed, and service-oriented House Manager / Butler to oversee the day-to-day operations of the Managing Director's residence. The ideal candidate will ensure exceptional hospitality, smooth household management, and maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily household operations and residence upkeep.
• Supervise housekeeping, pantry, laundry, and maintenance activities.
• Welcome and assist guests with professional hospitality.
• Coordinate with household staff, vendors, and service providers.
• Manage household inventory and essential supplies.
• Assist with meal service, table setting, and family events.
• Schedule maintenance and ensure smooth functioning of the residence.
• Maintain complete confidentiality and professionalism.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Management (Mandatory).
• 1–5 years of experience in luxury residences, hospitality, hotels, or guest relations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Well-groomed with strong hospitality etiquette.
• Ability to multitask and work independently.
