Role & responsibilities

• Reports directly to Residence Manager or House Manager

• Reports to duty on time and clocks in /out every day.

• Ensuring the smooth running of a household and servicing of principals, kids and guests, and supervising others in the absence of Manager but also providing service.

• Engaging and overseeing outside contractors, service providers and suppliers, in the absence of Residence Manager or House Manager
• Ensuring efficiency, harmony, and high morale throughout the household
• Organizing of social and family events, caring for households guests and visitors
• Serving of wines and other drinks
• Serving of refreshments and meals
• Caring for silver, china, Shisha and other specialist items
• Ensuring the pets are well taken care by feeding, bathing, pet walk, and maintaining their vaccine records periodically.

• Coordinates with Chef in planning and serving of snacks to kids in timely manner.

• Maintain competent hygiene standard, wear head cap while entering the kitchen and serving of food to principal.

• Ensures the Principals wardrobe is maintained well with color code, clothes arranged in hangers, folded and organized.
• Ensures the coffee machine is clean, coffee capsules are in adequate supply, coffee mugs are placed in tray.
• Ensures the lunch calories for the Principal is maintained and recorded every day as per the instructions.

• Makes sure the Gym cloths, Golf cloths and shoes are clean and kept ready for principals use.

• Be proactive and available at all times to assist to Principal needs without intruding the privacy in discreet manner
• Maintains the wine cellar and takes stock inventory of beverages weekly and updates in the system
• Ensures no pilferage or breakage of any household items and informs the Manager immediately on discrepancy

•Maintains record/inventory of bathroom amenities of the principal and informs the Manager in case of discrepancy and refill

• Ensure packing and unpacking of principal clothes during travel is taken care.
• Ensure proper inventory of Principals personal belongings and toiletries are replenished. If any items need to be ordered, need to bring it to the attention of Residence Manager.
