    Key Responsibilities

     1. Overall Financial Control

Own the complete finance and accounts function of Hotel Centre Point Nagpur across all revenue streams — rooms, 4 F&B outlets, IRD, cloud kitchen, banquet and event halls, and ODC.

    2. Multi-Outlet Revenue Control

Review and reconcile daily revenue across all revenue centres. Ensure all PMS and POS revenue is correctly posted, reconciled, and matched with actual collections across cash, card, UPI, and credit settlements.

    3. Banquet & Event Billing

Supervise billing for 10–11 banquet halls and Kalaakar ODC. Ensure each event is billed per function prospectus, advance received, minimum guarantee, extra charges, hall fees, AV, decoration, and applicable GST. Track advance collection, final settlement, and corporate event credit recovery.

    4. F&B Cost Control

Work with the F&B team and stores to control food and beverage costs across 4 outlets. Review daily consumption, spoilage, wastage, recipe adherence, and portion control. Ensure monthly F&B cost reconciliation with physical stock verification.

    5. Corporate Billing & Receivables

Supervise corporate billing for rooms, F&B, banquets, and events. Monitor debtor ageing, chase collections, ensure credit limits are adhered to, and track OTA settlements and travel agent payments.

    6. Payables & Vendor Control

Review and control vendor payments across all departments. Ensure PO-GRN-bill matching, vendor ageing review, GST input eligibility, TDS deduction, and vendor reconciliations before any payment processing.

    7. Banking & Cash Control

Monitor daily bank balances. Reconcile all cash, card, UPI, and online collections with PMS/POS and bank credits daily. Review cheque clearances, payment gateway settlements, and bank charges.

    8. Statutory Compliance

Ensure accurate and timely GST (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-2B reconciliation), TDS, PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, and contractor compliance. Coordinate with Corporate Finance and the group CA for all filings.

    9. Internal Controls & Cost Audit

Implement controls across all revenue and cost centres to prevent revenue leakage, duplicate payments, unapproved discounts, old advances, and unreconciled suspense entries. Support periodic internal audits across front office, F&B, banquet, stores, and purchase.

    10. Trial Balance & Monthly Closing

Own the monthly trial balance. Scrutinise all ledgers and drive timely month-end closure with all provisions, accruals, F&B cost reconciliation, statutory working, debtor and vendor ageing, and final TB sign-off.

    11. MIS & Management Reporting

Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports including revenue summary, collection report, F&B cost analysis, banquet revenue report, debtor ageing, vendor ageing, cash/bank position, and monthly financial summary to Unit GM and Group Management.

    12. Payroll Coordination

Coordinate with HR for monthly payroll inputs, verify payroll workings, ensure statutory deductions, and book payroll entries in accounts.

    13. Team Leadership

Lead and manage the unit accounts team of 4–5 persons. Define daily work allocation, review task completion, mentor team members, and ensure the department functions with full accountability.

    14. Coordination

    • Maintain active coordination with Front Office, F&B, Banquet & Events, IRD, Kitchen, Purchase, Stores, Housekeeping, Engineering, HR, and Corporate Finance for smooth financial operations at unit level.
