About the Role:-

We are looking for an experienced Hotel Sales Manager to drive B2B corporate sales and revenue growth across our hotel network in Nagpur. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of the local corporate market and an established network across corporates, TMCs, travel agencies and MICE partners.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Acquire new corporate accounts and drive room-night and revenue growth.
• Build and manage relationships with corporate decision-makers, travel managers, procurement teams and key accounts.
• Develop business through TMCs, travel agencies, MICE agencies and other travel partners.
• Manage corporate contracts, RFPs, rate negotiations and account renewals.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
• Track market trends, competitor activity and identify new business opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth account onboarding and client servicing.

Requirements:-

• 3+ years of B2B sales experience in Hospitality, Travel, TMC/Travel Technology or Aviation.
• Strong corporate and travel trade network in Nagpur.
• Proven track record in new business development, negotiation and closing.
• Strong communication, relationship management and commercial skills.
• Target-driven and commercially focused approach.
