About the Role:-
We are looking for a results-driven Hotel Sales Manager B2B to drive corporate business development and revenue growth across our hotel network.

Key Responsibilities:-
Develop and execute B2B sales strategies for the assigned market.
Acquire and grow corporate, MNC, institutional, and negotiated accounts.
Drive corporate room nights, long-stay, group, and MICE business.
Build strong relationships with corporates, TMCs, travel agencies, tour operators, DMCs, and MICE partners.
Manage the complete sales cycle, including prospecting, negotiations, closures, and account growth.
Handle corporate RFPs, rate negotiations, annual contracts, and renewals.
Track market trends, competitor pricing, sales pipeline, and revenue opportunities.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual B2B revenue targets.
Collaborate with Revenue, Operations, Reservations, Finance, and Marketing teams for seamless client servicing.

Strong network across corporates, TMCs, travel agencies, and MICE partners.
Strong understanding of corporate travel and hotel sales.
