We are looking for an experienced and responsible Hotel Manager to manage the complete day-to-day operations of our hotel in Kanpur.

Responsibilities:
• Manage overall hotel operations
• Supervise Front Office & Housekeeping
• Manage staff, duty roster and attendance
• Handle guests and resolve complaints
• Manage room inventory and OTA platforms
• Monitor billing, revenue and daily reports
• Maintain cleanliness, discipline and hotel standards
• Control operational costs and improve guest satisfactionsibilities
