Hotel Reception Manager

Reception Manager required for a hotel to manage front desk operations, guest relations, check-in/check-out, reservations, billing and staff coordination. Ensure excellent guest service, resolve complaints and maintain smooth daily operations.

Required Candidate profile

Graduate with hotel front office experience, strong communication, guest handling, team management and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of hotel reservation systems and billing preferred.
