Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential hotel partners, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
- Analyse market data to create a strategic approach for targeting and prioritizing potential hotel collaborations.
- Identify, initiate, and cultivate relationships with hotel chains, boutique hotels, resorts, and other relevant accommodation providers.
- Develop a pipeline of potential partnerships and establish a clear approach for outreach and engagement.
- Negotiate partnership agreements, pricing structures, and terms with hotel partners while ensuring alignment with company objectives and profitability targets.
- Collaborate with legal and finance teams to draft and finalize contracts that outline rights, responsibilities, and expectations.
- Proven track record of successfully establishing and managing partnerships in the hotel or travel industry.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of the hospitality industry, market dynamics, and customer preferences.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with potential and existing partners.
