• Manage daily hotel operations across Front Office, Housekeeping & F&B.
• Ensure excellent guest service and smooth departmental coordination.
• Handle guest complaints and resolve operational issues.
• Monitor staff performance, service standards and operational costs.
• Lead, train and motivate hotel teams.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies and safety standards.

Requirements: Graduate/Diploma in Hotel Management with 5+ years of hotel operations experience and strong leadership & communication skills.
