• Min. 3 years of similar work exp. required in Delhi NCR
• Graduate/ Post graduate
• Candidates from Delhi NCR are preferred

Job responsibilities:

• Drive B2B revenue by identifying new clients, networking at trade shows, conferences, Sales call pitching, nurturing key corporate accounts, and managing the sales pipeline from initial RFP to contract negotiation.
• Maximize group booking profitability by managing the RFP process and strategically negotiating high-value event and room contracts.
• Build strong relationships with MICE agencies, event planners, and corporate HR/Admin teams.
• Track sales data and market trends in the hotel CRM to analyze competitors, contribute to financial forecasting, and adapt strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
• Collaborate across departments to outline logistics in Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and seamlessly hand off contracted event details to operations for execution.

Salary:

70,000-90,000/month
