Hotel Manager

We are looking for a skilled Hotel Manager to lead our team in Nashik. The ideal candidate will have 3-10 years of experience in hotel management, with expertise in hotel operations and hospitality.

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Oversee daily hotel operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to optimize profitability.
• Supervise staff, including training, performance evaluations, and talent development.
• Coordinate with departments such as front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance to maintain high standards.
• Implement health and safety protocols to ensure compliance with regulations.

Job Requirements :
