About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused candidates to join us as Hotel Manager Interns. This internship is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or candidates interested in the hospitality industry to gain hands-on experience in hotel operations, guest management, and team coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the hotel.
• Ensure excellent guest experience and resolve customer concerns promptly.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and front office teams.
• Monitor room availability, occupancy, and service quality.
• Maintain operational standards and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Support vendor coordination and inventory management.
• Prepare daily operational reports and maintain accurate records.
• Work closely with the Area Manager to improve hotel performance and guest satisfaction.

Eligibility

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Hotel Management preferred).
• Freshers or Experienced candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
• Passion for the hospitality industry.
