Hotel Management Intern - F&B Operations

Role & responsibilities

F&B Service

• Assist in restaurant, banquet, and club service operations.
• Support guests by providing prompt and courteous service.
• Assist with table setup, buffet arrangements, and event preparations.
• Learn and follow service standards and SOPs.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

F&B Production

• Assist chefs in food preparation and kitchen operations.
• Support mise-en-place and basic cooking activities.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen.
• Follow food safety and HACCP guidelines.
• Assist in inventory management and kitchen organization.

Eligibility:

• Pursuing or recently completed a Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or Hospitality Management.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
