ElderGo is Indias dedicated travel company for seniors. We design and run all-inclusive group tours - international and domestic - for retired travellers who want to see the world in comfort, safety and good company. India has one of the largest and fastest-growing senior populations anywhere, and almost nobody is building seriously for them. We are, were growing fast, and nearly all of our travel is international.

The Role

Youll own the buying side of every trip we run. Youll find and evaluate DMCs and ground handlers in each destination, pull quotes from several of them, and work out what we actually pay for hotels, transport, guides and everything else on the ground. Youll agree the rates and the terms - deposits, cancellation windows, whats in and what isnt - and get it in writing. Youll handle our group air: routings, bulk fares, consolidator terms and the deadlines that come with them.

Once a trip is sold, you stay with it. When something moves on the ground - a hotel, a vehicle, a guide - youre the one the vendor hears from. Someone else designs the itinerary. You make it possible, and you make it profitable.

Who Should Apply

- At least 2 years where you personally negotiated rates with hotels, transport companies or DMCs - not where someone else handled the rates. This is essential.

- Experience buying in international destinations.

- Comfortable working in English and Hindi.

- Based in Bengaluru, or ready to be.
