Job Summary

We are actively hiring an experienced Senior Windows Server Administrator (L3) to manage and support enterprise-scale Windows infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Windows Server administration, Active Directory, VMware/Hyper-V, PowerShell scripting, server migrations, patch management, and troubleshooting critical infrastructure issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and administer Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 environments.
• Handle Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy (GPO), and domain management.
• Configure and support Windows Failover Clustering.
• Lead server upgrade, migration, and modernization projects.
• Perform performance tuning, capacity planning, and infrastructure optimization.
• Manage patching, vulnerability remediation, and server hardening activities.
• Configure and maintain monitoring tools such as SCOM and SolarWinds.
• Manage backup and recovery solutions like Veeam, Commvault, or Rubrik.
• Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation.
• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and resolve complex L3 incidents.
• Support hybrid infrastructure environments across On-Premise and Cloud platforms.
