Job Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering workshops and document business requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.
• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews.
• Conduct feasibility studies and impact analysis for proposed solutions.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and drive business transformation initiatives.
• Collaborate with developers, testers, and project managers to ensure successful project delivery.
• Ensure adherence to business analysis and Agile best practices.

Desired Profile

• Strong experience as a Scrum Master and/or Business Analyst.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Expertise in requirement elicitation, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
• Good understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView.
• Strong leadership and team collaboration skills.
• Ability to communicate complex information effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
