We are hiring immediate joiners for the International Voice Process Customer Support role. This opportunity is ideal for freshers who are passionate about customer service and have strong English communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound international customer calls
• Provide technical support and issue resolution
• Deliver high-quality customer service
• Maintain accurate customer interaction records

Eligibility Criteria

• Freshers are eligible to apply
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Good articulation and problem-solving skills
• Customer-focused attitude with a willingness to learn
• Looking for people who can join us immediately

Shift & Work Details

• 5-day work week with rotational shifts, rotational offs. (WFO)
• Predominantly night shifts
• Two-way cab facility provided (up to 25 km radius based on shift timing)
