Product Manager – B2B SaaS

Location: Pune | Work from Office

Experience: 5–10+ Years

We are hiring an experienced Product Manager with strong B2B SaaS product experience to build and scale AI-powered products for global enterprise customers.

What You'll Do

• Define product vision, strategy, roadmap, and priorities.
• Lead customer discovery and translate customer needs into product solutions.
• Build products/features from 0→1 and scale them from 1→100.
• Drive product adoption, activation, engagement, retention, and customer satisfaction.
• Create PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and product success metrics.
• Work closely with Engineering, UX, AI/ML, Data Science, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
• Use data and analytics to drive product decisions.
• Build AI-powered workflows, recommendations, automation, and intelligent product capabilities.
• Lead product launches and support go-to-market initiatives.

Candidate Profile

• 5–10+ years of Product Management experience.
• Strong B2B SaaS / Enterprise SaaS experience.
• Experience in CRM / SalesTech / Revenue Intelligence / Sales Intelligence / Customer Engagement products.
• Strong 0→1 and 1→100 product experience.
• Experience in product discovery, product adoption, activation, and retention.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum and product development practices.
• Experience working with AI/ML, Engineering, UX, and Data teams.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred: AI/GenAI product experience, product analytics tools such as Mixpanel/Amplitude/Heap/GA4, and MBA/Engineering/Computer Science/Product Management background.
