Role & responsibilities

Handle customers at the courier counter
• Accept and process courier/parcel bookings
• Provide information regarding courier services and charges
• Handle basic billing, cash, and transaction-related activities
• Maintain daily records and counter-related documentation
• Coordinate with the delivery/operations team when required
• Ensure smooth and professional customer service

Preferred candidate profile

• 01 year of experience in customer service, counter handling, front desk, or similar roles
• Good communication and customer-handling skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• Polite, responsible, and customer-focused
• Candidates residing near the respective location will be preferred
• Male candidates preferred
• Candidate should be available for immediate interview/joining
