Role & responsibilities

• Act as a guardian and mentor to the students residing in the hostel.
• Ensure the safety, health, hygiene, and overall discipline in the hostel.
• Provide emotional support and maintain a positive and inclusive atmosphere.
• Monitor daily routines, student attendance, and hostel schedules.
• Handle any issues related to student conduct, grievances, and conflicts.
• Maintain proper communication with school authorities and parents when necessary.
• Supervise hostel staff and ensure cleanliness, security, and order are upheld at all times.
