Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the day-to-day activities of the girls hostel.
• Ensure discipline, safety, security, and well-being of resident students.
• Maintain hostel attendance, records, registers, and other documentation.
• Enforce university hostel rules and regulations fairly and consistently.
• Monitor students entry and exit and manage leave permissions.
• Address students academic, personal, behavioural, and hostel-related concerns.
• Coordinate with university administration, security staff, housekeeping, and maintenance teams.
• Handle emergencies and report serious incidents to the appropriate university authorities.
• Conduct regular hostel inspections and ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance.
• Organize or support student welfare, counselling, recreational, and cultural activities.
• Communicate with parents/guardians when required.
• Ensure compliance with university policies regarding student safety and conduct.

Qualifications-

• Graduation (any stream).
