Hostel Superintendent

Roles and Responsibilities

• Maintain discipline among students through regular checks on their behavior and enforcement of rules.
• Oversee maintenance tasks such as cleanliness, repairs, and upkeep of hostel facilities.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement in hostel operations.
• Ensure smooth functioning of hostels by supervising daily activities, attending to student needs, and addressing concerns.

• Female Hostel Superintendent Girls’ Hostel
• Male Hostel Superintendent – Boys’ Hostel

Eligibility & Criteria

• Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in hostel administration, hostel management, student affairs, or a related field.
• Candidate must be willing to reside in the hostel premises as part of the job responsibilities.
• Good communication and student-interaction skills.
• Responsible for maintaining discipline, safety, cleanliness, and a positive hostel environment.
• Ability to handle day-to-day hostel administration and student-related matters.
• Energetic, responsible, disciplined, and enthusiastic personality.
• Ability to guide, supervise, and support hostel residents.
