Hostel Manager

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage daily PG operations, including room allocation, check-in/check-out, occupancy, and resident records.
• Handle resident enquiries, complaints, feedback, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Supervise housekeeping, security, maintenance, and support staff to maintain premium service standards.
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, safety, and proper maintenance of rooms and common areas.
• Monitor rent collections, pending payments, expenses, and MIS reports using basic Excel and administrative tools.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure smooth and efficient overall PG operations

Preferred Candidates:

• Any Graduates can apply
• Candidates with 3–7 years of experience in Hostel Administration, Facility Management, Accommodation Management, or similar roles.
• Male Candidates Preferred
• Experience in managing student hostels, PGs, residential facilities, staff accommodation, or guest houses.
• Strong knowledge of day-to-day hostel operations and administration.
• Experience in handling resident/student issues and queries.
• Ability to manage housekeeping, security, maintenance, and other support staff.
• Experience in handling room allocation, occupancy, and resident records.
