Preferred candidate profile
Experience Requirements:-
- Minimum 5 years of experience in hospitality training or operations
- Prior experience delivering training in Front Office, F&B Service, F&B Production, Housekeeping, and Banquet operations
- Experience working with or training staff at branded/premium hotel properties
- Background in academic/institutional training (hotel management colleges) is an advantage
- Experience partnering with NSDC or similar government skill development bodies preferred.
