Job Overview

We are hiring passionate, customer-focused and service-oriented professionals to join our hospitality team in Nagpur, Maharashtra.

We have multiple opportunities across Front Office, Housekeeping, and Food & Beverage. Candidates with prior hospitality experience are preferred, while freshers may be considered for suitable GSA-level positions.

Key Responsibilities: -

Depending on the position, responsibilities may include:

• Delivering excellent guest service and ensuring guest satisfaction
• Handling guest queries, requests and concerns professionally
• Supporting smooth day-to-day hotel operations
• Coordinating effectively with other departments
• Maintaining professional standards of service and presentation
• Following hotel policies, procedures and service standards
• Contributing to a positive and welcoming guest experience

Candidate Requirements:-

• Prior experience in the hospitality/hotel industry will be preferred
• Freshers may be considered for suitable GSA-level positions
• Strong communication and guest-handling skills
• Professional attitude with a strong focus on service excellence
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Candidates comfortable communicating in the local/native language will be preferred
• Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be given preference
