About The Role

We are looking for a confident, energetic, and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our team in Goa.

In this role, you will be stationed at premium 5-star hotel properties such as Taj Exotica, Taj Holiday Village, and similar properties, where you will interact with guests, introduce them to VsnapU's photography services, and convert conversations into bookings.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with hotel guests and initiate conversations in a professional and friendly manner.
• Introduce and explain VsnapU's photography and videography services to premium clientele.
• Maximize customer interactions and generate bookings through effective communication and sales techniques.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable photography packages.
• Follow up with interested customers and ensure a smooth booking experience.
• Handle post-sale activities including bill submission, image delivery, and client coordination.
• Coordinate with hotel staff to collect and maintain hotel occupancy and guest check-in reports.
• Maintain a strong professional relationship with the hotel/property team.
• Coordinate with eligible properties regarding free shoots and promotional activities.
• Ensure required marketing materials are available at the property.
• Handle basic on-ground coordination in case of equipment issues, prop requirements, deliveries, or other operational needs.
• Maintain regular sales and activity reports and share updates with the concerned team.

• Prior experience in sales, business development, hospitality, or customer-facing roles will be an advantage.
