Job Summary

We are looking for a Hospitality Operations Manager to take ownership of service standards, team performance, commercial targets and guest experience.

The position will work closely with internal teams, external partners and senior stakeholders to keep priorities moving and turn plans into measurable outcomes.

Requirements

• Candidates should bring around 7-11 years of relevant experience, with practical exposure to hospitality operations, SOPs, team leadership.
• Good judgement, commercial awareness and the ability to keep multiple priorities moving are important.
