Job Overview

AGF Developers Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a presentable, professional, and customer-oriented Female Hospitality Manager to manage client hospitality for our real estate project in Kalagarh. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with partnered hotels, accompanying clients during project visits, and ensuring a smooth, comfortable, and premium hospitality experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with partnered hotels to manage client accommodation, bookings, and hospitality arrangements.
• Accompany clients during visits to our real estate project in Kalagarh.
• Ensure a comfortable and professional experience for clients throughout their visit.
• Manage client transportation, hotel check-ins, meals, and other hospitality requirements.
• Coordinate with the sales team to schedule client visits and manage travel arrangements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hotel management and hospitality partners.
• Address client queries and resolve hospitality-related concerns promptly.
• Ensure high standards of guest relations, professional etiquette, and customer service.
• Assist the sales team in providing a seamless and premium client experience.

Requirements

• Female candidate with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in hospitality, hotel management, guest relations, travel coordination, or customer service is preferred.
• Professional personality with strong client-handling skills.
• Good coordination, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to travel to and work at the Kalagarh project location as required.
• Ability to manage client visits and hospitality arrangements independently.
