About this role
Role & responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations across guest rooms and common areas.
Support a positive guest experience by responding promptly to housekeeping requests and special requirements
Train and guide housekeeping staff on cleaning procedures, safety standards, and guest Service expectations
Maintain housekeeping checklists, inspection reports, and daily operational records.
Ensure the property is clean, organised, well presented, and ready for guest at all times.
Preferred candidate profile
Previous experience in housekeeping, hospitality, hotel operation or similar role
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Physically fit
Flexible to work weekends holidays, and varying shifts when required.
