Key Responsibilities
As a Hospitality Intern, you will be involved in the day-to-day operations of your assigned department, which includes:
- Assisting departmental staff in delivering exceptional guest services.
- Learning standard operating procedures (SOPs) and departmental workflows.
- Participating in training sessions and team meetings.
- Upholding the hotel commitment to quality, grooming, and discipline standards.
- Executing tasks as assigned by the departmental head or mentor.
