We are looking for a well-presented, courteous, and service-oriented Hospitality Executive to manage guest interactions and ensure a warm, professional, and seamless experience. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong focus on customer service.

• Welcome and greet guests in a warm and professional manner.

• Attend to guest requirements, queries, and requests promptly.

• Ensure high standards of hospitality and customer service at all times.

• Coordinate with the relevant teams to ensure smooth guest service.

• Assist guests with seating, refreshments, and other hospitality requirements.

• Maintain cleanliness, presentation, and service standards in the assigned area.

• Handle guest feedback professionally and escalate concerns when required.

• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude.

• Support events, meetings, and other hospitality requirements as needed.

• Ensure adherence to company hospitality and service standards.

• Graduate / Diploma in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or a related field preferred.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in hospitality, front office, guest relations, restaurant service, luxury retail, or a similar customer-facing role.

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

• Pleasant personality with strong customer-service orientation.

• Good grooming and professional presentation.

• Ability to remain calm and courteous while handling multiple guests or requests.

• Strong coordination and teamwork skills.
