About this role
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Provide critical care to patients in emergency situations, including triage and prioritization.
- Assist with patient assessment, monitoring, and treatment plans under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop effective care strategies for high-risk patients.
- Maintain accurate records of patient data and communicate effectively with families during crisis situations.
Job Requirements :
- 0-2 years of experience in ICU/CCU/Emergency settings.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred.
- Strong understanding of nursing principles, practices, and protocols related to critical care medicine.
