Hospital Pharmacist

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Dispense medications to patients according to their prescriptions and medical records.
• Monitor patient's response to treatment and report any adverse reactions or side effects.
• Maintain accurate records of dispensed medications, including inventory management and billing.
• Provide counseling on proper use of medications, potential side effects, and drug interactions.

Job Requirements :

• 1-6 years of experience in hospital pharmacy or related field.
• Strong knowledge of dispensing procedures, hospital policies, and regulations.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
