You will run one TraumaCure surgical unit from end to end. You are the single point of accountability for how the unit performs on cases, collections, quality and people, and you are the main contact for the partner hospital's management on day-to-day matters.WHAT YOU WILL DORun daily operations of the unit: OT scheduling, case flow, bed coordination with the hospital, and turnaround times.Lead a team of five to seven. Manage rota, attendance, leave, induction and first-level discipline, and run a short daily stand-up.Track unit revenue, cost and collections against the monthly budget and act on variances.Send the daily and monthly report to head office.Act as the unit quality lead: infection-control rounds, incident register, corrective actions and patient feedback.Keep licences, statutory displays and unit records current and audit-ready.Verify the daily cash position and review claim files before submission.Be the day-to-day contact for hospital management. Raise any commercial matter with head office instead of settling it locally.Stop any unsafe process immediately and report it to the medical leadership.WHO WE ARE LOOKING FORQualification as above, with 4+ years in hospital operations, unit management or administration.Hands-on knowledge of PMJAY and TPA / insurance claim processes is strongly preferred.Experience managing small clinical and non-clinical teams.Working knowledge of MS Excel, hospital information systems and daily MIS reporting.Fluent in Kannada, Marathi and Hindi.Willing to be on-site full-time and to relocate.KEY SKILLSHospital operations, unit management, P&L, PMJAY, TPA, NABH, MIS reporting, team management, OT scheduling, patient experiencePerks and benefits
