Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage patient care, including admission, discharge, and transfer processes.
  
• Oversee clinical operations, ensuring smooth functioning of all departments.
  
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure effective treatment plans.
  
• Monitor quality control measures to maintain high standards of patient care.
  
• Develop policies and procedures for clinical services delivery.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• M.B.B.S. (Any Specialization) or BHMS - Bachelor of Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery degree required.
  
• Minimum 12-15 years of experience in hospital management or related field.
  
• Strong knowledge of clinical operations, cost management, team leadership, staff management, and hospital operations.
