Job Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Hospital Billing.
• Candidates must have relevant experience in the hospital billing work domain.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Ability to handle billing-related calls and customer queries.
• Candidates residing within a 25 km radius of the office location are preferred.
• Immediate joiners only.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle calls related to hospital billing and payment queries.
• Clarify billing-related information to patients/customers.
• Coordinate with the concerned internal teams for billing issues.
• Follow up on pending billing-related queries.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Ensure timely resolution of billing-related concerns.
