Key Responsibilities

• Lead overall hospital operations and ensure operational excellence.
• Drive revenue growth, occupancy, profitability, and P&L performance.
• Ensure quality, patient safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Build, mentor, and lead high-performing teams.
• Develop business growth initiatives and strengthen hospital performance.
• Monitor KPIs and collaborate with consultants and department heads.

Eligibility

• 15+ years of experience in hospital operations.
• Experience as a Hospital Administrator, Unit Head, Hospital Operations Head, or Hospital Head.
• Strong expertise in P&L management, business growth, and team leadership.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.
• MBA (Hospital Administration), MHA, or equivalent preferred.

Compensation

• Fixed CTC: 1218 Lakhs per annum
• Performance Incentive: Up to 12–18 Lakhs per annum (based on AOP achievement)
