About this role
Role & responsibilities
- Supervise daily horticulture and landscape maintenance activities
- Manage gardeners, mali staff, and site manpower
- Ensure proper maintenance of lawns, hedges, shrubs, trees, palms, and seasonal plants
- Monitor irrigation systems and watering schedules
- Maintain plant health through proper fertilizer and pest control practices
- Prepare and maintain VVIP/event areas as per required standards
- Coordinate with Army administration and reporting officials
- Ensure discipline, cleanliness, and timely execution at site
- Maintain daily work reports and site records
Preferred candidate profile
- Experience in horticulture, landscaping, garden maintenance, or institutional landscape projects
- Ability to handle field operations independently
- Good team handling and communication skills
- Basic knowledge of irrigation systems and plant care
- Comfortable working in disciplined and high-expectation environments
- Candidates from hospitality, township, institutional, or defense-related projects preferred
- Pest control learning & experience.
