Roles & Responsibilities
1) Business Development

• Identify and onboard new HORECA clients such as hotels, restaurants, cafs, cloud kitchens, and caterers
• Visit outlets regularly to promote company products and schemes
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Collect orders and coordinate with the supply chain for timely delivery

2) Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with chefs, purchase managers, owners, and store managers
• Resolve basic customer complaints and ensure service satisfaction
• Gather feedback on product performance and customer requirements

3) Market Intelligence

• Track competitor activity, pricing, and new product launches
• Share market insights and demand trends with reporting manager
• Identify opportunities for new product placements

4) Reporting & Administration

• Maintain daily sales visit reports and order details
• Update customer database and outlet information
• Assist in executing promotions, tastings, and sampling activities

Desired Candidate Profile

• Strong negotiation and relationship management abilities.
• Deep understanding of FMCG distribution and HORECA business dynamics.
• Self-motivated, hardworking and able to work independently with a strong sale drive.
• Strong communication and presentation skills
