Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve monthly targets in home loan sales.
• Develop and execute strategies for lead generation, customer acquisition, and retention through outbound sales calls.
• Build strong relationships with customers to identify their needs and provide tailored solutions for their housing requirements.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to optimize sales performance.

Job Requirements :

• 1-30 years of experience in B2C sales, preferably in the financial services industry.
• Proven track record of achieving high levels of success in telesales or telecalling roles.
• Strong understanding of home loan products and processes; ability to communicate complex financial concepts effectively.
• Excellent customer relationship management skills; ability to build trust with clients over phone conversations.
