Job Responsibilities

• Consult patients at the clinic and through online platforms, including video and telephone consultations.
• Take detailed patient case histories, assess symptoms, and develop appropriate homoeopathic treatment plans.
• Conduct follow-up consultations, monitor patient progress, and provide guidance on diet and lifestyle.
• Review and interpret laboratory reports within the scope of professional practice.
• Counsel patients regarding treatment plans, follow-up schedules, and available treatment packages.
• Approve prescribed medicine combinations and supervise the quality of medicine dispensing.
• Coordinate with the Wellness Coordinator to ensure smooth patient management and a positive patient experience.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure timely follow-ups for chronic cases.
• Create health awareness content, including videos and articles, for digital platforms.
• Respond to patient enquiries through approved digital communication channels.
• Participate in medical camps and support corporate and community healthcare initiatives.
• Contribute to branch development by improving patient engagement, retention, and service quality.
• Work towards assigned monthly performance targets while maintaining professional and ethical standards.

Candidate Profile

• BHMS qualification is mandatory, with valid registration with the relevant State Homoeopathic Board or applicable regulatory authority.
• MD in Homoeopathy will be an added advantage.
• Freshers who have completed their internship and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
• Candidates with experience in chronic case management and online consultations will be preferred.
• Should have good communication, patient counselling, and interpersonal skills.
• Must be comfortable with both clinic-based and online consultations.
• Should be willing to participate in medical camps, patient follow-ups, and health awareness activities.

Working Days and Timings

• Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
• Working Days: 6 days a week
• Weekly Off: One rotational weekly off as per the branch roster; Sunday off is not guaranteed.
• Work Type: Clinic-based consultations and online consultations as scheduled.
