Home Visit Nurse

Role & responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care to patients at their homes within the assigned service area.
• Attend scheduled patient visits during assigned shifts and ensure timely arrival.
• Monitor vital signs including BP, blood sugar, temperature, pulse and SpO.
• Provide nursing procedures such as injections, IV-related care, wound dressing, catheter care, tube care and nebulisation, as applicable to qualifications and clinical scope.
• Provide elderly care, mobility assistance and basic personal care support where required.
• Maintain accurate patient records and visit/service documentation.
• Communicate professionally with patients, family members and the care team.
• Follow prescribed care plans, company protocols and applicable clinical guidelines.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, patient safety and professional conduct.
• Remain available and responsive to assigned cases throughout the scheduled shift.
• Travel to assigned patient locations within Whitefield and nearby areas.

Preferred candidate profile

• ANM / GNM / B.Sc Nursing qualified candidates.
• Candidates with valid nursing registration as applicable to the role.
• Freshers and experienced nurses may apply.
• Candidates with experience in home healthcare, hospitals, clinics, elderly care or patient care will be preferred.
• Nurses comfortable with home visits and travelling within Whitefield and nearby areas.
• Candidates with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, patient-focused and professionally well-presented.
• Punctual, reliable and comfortable working independently.
• Candidates who own a smartphone with an active internet connection.
• Candidates who can commit to assigned shifts and maintain good availability.
