Role & responsibilities

• Visit patients at their homes and collect blood samples as per scheduled appointments.
• Perform venipuncture and vacutainer blood collection accurately and safely.
• Ensure proper sample labeling, handling, storage, and transportation to the laboratory.
• Follow infection control protocols and maintain hygiene during sample collection.
• Verify patient details and ensure accurate sample identification.
• Maintain proper documentation and update collection status.
• Handle patients professionally and provide a positive patient experience.

Preferred candidate profile

• Qualification: MLT / DMLT / B.Sc. MLT.
• Experience: 15 years of phlebotomy experience preferred.
• Hands-on experience in vacutainer blood collection is mandatory.
