Home Loans Training Manager@ Raipur

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement training programs for:
• Home loan sales teams
• Credit and underwriting teams
• Operations and customer service staff
• Conduct onboarding and refresher training for employees.

• Train teams on:
• Home loan products
• Mortgage processes
• Regulatory and compliance requirements
• Customer engagement and sales skills
• Develop training materials, SOPs, presentations, e-learning modules, and assessments.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through tests, feedback, and performance metrics.
• Coordinate with business leaders to identify skill gaps and training needs.
• Ensure adherence to banking policies, RBI guidelines, and internal compliance standards.
• Support process improvement and quality initiatives.
• Monitor employee performance and recommend coaching plans.
• Maintain training records and MIS reports.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in any specialization
• MBA preferred.
• 3 to 8 years of experience in home loans/mortgage banking.
• Prior experience in training, coaching, or L&D preferred.

• Proficiency in MS Office and LMS platforms

Preferred Experience

• Experience in NBFCs, banks, or housing finance companies
• Familiarity with RBI/NHB guidelines
• Sales training experience in financial services
